Most folks have kids and these things by now. I'm pushing 38 now..seems to go quicker and quicker. I live in California and houses are half a mill. My marriage didn't work out and I don't have kids either. There's still time. I spent lots of time out on your farm. From Toby's get togethers to hunting for arrowheads down low by the river (I was one of those guys). You come from a nice family. I remember back to starting pre-school with Ginger. There were lots of years where there wasn't a class without a Hoy sister lol. I used to spend time down the road from you at the Welchs' also, playing with Kevin. I especially liked the Chinchillas and the prairie dog (Lucy). Even though she bit me really hard once between the fingers. I've found it's best not to rush the important things in life. And all that nonsense about 'good things come to those who wait' isn't really nonsense at all. I'm still waiting too. Best wishes for all your wishes! Very well written and honest piece!
