The Dallas County Veterans Affairs Office held their first Veterans Benefit Fair on March 27 at the Dallas County Human Services Campus. Over 100 Veterans and their spouses attended the event where they were able to ask questions and/or raise concerns to a variety of Veterans advocates.

Nine different organizations were on hand to help them. Also on hand was a representative from the Daughters of the American Revolution to present special DoD Commemorative Vietnam lapel pins to honor those who served between 1955-1975.

If you missed this event, you may stop anytime to visit with Nick Praska or Minela Tarpley who can help you with your Veterans questions.
