On Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., children ages 3-5 are invited to bring their favorite adult and join a refuge naturalist as we read stories, go outside, make nature crafts, and much more! The program is free and open to the public. Please pre-register for this program to ensure that Neal Smith NWR has enough materials and personnel to provide the best learning experience for all participants.

During Saturday’s lesson, participants the topic will be "Who’s Who an Owl"? Nature Tots programs are educational programs that are especially designed for young learners.
