The paving project located at P48 (Dexfield Road) and F59 (310th Street) in southwest Dallas County has been making good progress thanks to cooperating weather. Pavement removal and placement of rock will soon be complete up to 320th St. Residents south of 320th St. will have access to their homes through Dexter. Residents north of 320th St, and residents along F59, will have access through Redfield.

As pavement removal continues, the rock base providing access to residents will see more traffic. Residents traveling on the rock base are advised to reduce their speed and be aware of construction workers, limited visibility due to dust, and any rutting or roughness that traffic may cause on the roadway.

The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-September.
