The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers wrestling team will be taking on the Carroll Tigers and the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays tonight (Jan. 19) for a triangular at the A-D-M high school.

A-D-M has not wrestled Bondurant-Farrar yet this season, but a few have wrestled Carroll earlier this season.

A-D-M and Carroll were two of the 13 teams at the DC-G Mustang Invitational.

According to, A-D-M currently has 925 team points on the season from 198 wins, while Carroll has 825 points and 172 wins and Bondurant-Farrar has a total of 368 points from 53 wins this season. Each of these three teams has a few top leaders.

In the 106 pound weight class, A-D-M has Andrew Flora. Flora leads A-D-M so far this season with 25 wins for a total of 127.5 team points.

Their second leader in match wins and team points is Hogan Hopewell. Hopewell wrestles at 132 pounds. He has 115.5 team points from 24 wins.

Hopewell also wrestled at the Mustang Invitational against Carroll's Erza Dirks. During the first match of the day, Hopewell had Dirks pinned in 1:40.

The third leading wrestler for A-D-M this season is Nolan Harsh at 138 pounds. Harsh has contributed 109 points and has won 21 matches so far this season.

Elijah Dirkx is Carroll's leading wrestler this year. At 182 pounds, he has won 24 matches and had 126 of the team's 825 points.

Parker Klocke wrestles at 152 pounds. He has gained 94 points for Carroll after winning 19 matches. Klocke was also at the Mustang Invitational where he wrestled A-D-M's Chris Johnston and won after an injury.

The third leading wrestler for Carroll is in the 160 pound weight class. Aaron Denney has 16 match wins so far this season allowing him to gain 82 team points for Carroll.

Bondurant-Farrar's statistics were not available for their varsity lineup.

The Raccon River Conference triangular meet will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the A-D-M high school.
