Dallas Center-Grimes improved to 11-2 with a pair of lopsided victories in recent action.

The Mustangs topped Winterset 72-39, breaking out in the first quarter for a 23-point frame and never looking back. Nick Drucker finished with 13 points, six rebounds, eight assists and five steals. Andrew Kramer had 13 points, five assists and five steals and Austin Rix added 12 points, seven rebounds and four blocked shots. Doug Heritage tacked on 10 points.

DC-G shot 58 percent (31-of-53) from the field, and was 5-of-10 from 3-point range.

Six Dallas Center-Grimes players scored seven points or more in the Mustangs’ 78-45 romp at Knoxville on Jan. 17.

Kramer and Heritage each scored 15 points, with Kramer tacking on four assists and three steals and Heritage contributing seven rebounds and three assists.

Chaz Chambers added nine points for the Mustangs, who outscored Knoxville 23-8 in the third quarter, and both Austin Winter and Drucker scored seven points apiece. Drucker added six rebounds and seven assists.
