The A-D-M softball team recently had players selected to the All-Raccoon River Conference teams. The Tigers had one first-team selection, three second-team selections and two honorable mentions.

Molly Jacobsen of A-D-M was selected as a utility player for the first team after leading the state in all classes in strikeouts this season and helping the Tigers to the regional finals in her sophomore year. She had 330 strikeouts this year with a 1.91 earned run average and a 25-11 record while batters hit just .160 against her.

Catcher Hannah Tiffany, infielder Kenzie Sutton and outfielder Jessica Wyant were selected to the second team.

Tiffany led the team with 333 put outs and no errors on the season while throwing out seven base stealers on 29 attempts against her. Jessica Wyant led the team in batting average with .389 while also stealing eight bases and scoring 21 runs.

Sutton had 21 RBIs and two home runs to go along with her .361 batting average.

Caitlyn Gruening and Montana Popp were listed as an honorable mentions. Popp led the team in home runs with three on the season while Gruening had 23 RBIs, which was second-most on the team.
