The Waukee baseball team split a doubleheader with Urbandale on June 5.

The Warriors dropped game one 9-7, but rallied fora 6-2 game-two victory.

All seven runs in game one came in the fourth inning, including a three-run double by Tyler Johnson and RBI singles by Luke Fegen and Jordan Niehaus. Fegen was 3-for-4. Urbandale scored twice in the seventh to win.

Mick Price homered in game two, then struck out five over seven innings to lead Waukee to victory. Matt Hoeg went 3-for-4 with a double and RBI, and Levi Schriener was 2-for-3.
